Mould design
Our team of technicians support clients since the early phases of the project. Before starting the design and the realization of moulds, Biemmegi is able to carry out feasibility studies and to provide prototypes.
Workshop
Following the project review, here drawings turn into CNC programs, EDM and mechanical machining.
Production site
Our production site has got 29 modern injection moulding machines with tonnage from 40 Ton to 220 Ton. The plant works on three daily shifts for 5 days a week.
Quality control
The machining quality is constantly checked during the whole process. The calibration and the maintenance of our measuring tools guarantee the maximum accuracy following ISO 9001 standards.
